Protection from Viruses, Bacteria and Pathogens

V-B Armor Technology

The V-B Armor line of products uses a revolutionary new Nano-Technology for sanitizing and sterilizing protection from viruses, bacteria and pathogens. Our technology uses a “Mechanical Kill”, much different than traditional methods that use the “Chemical Kill.”

Traditional sanitizing and cleaning methods use agents that perform a “Chemical Kill” of pathogens and microbes. A chemical agent breaks down the cellular membrane of these organisms thus killing them. After cleaning with chemical agents however, the surface area cleaned becomes a prime area for pathogens and microbes to recolonize since the effectiveness of most traditional cleaning agents in creating a protective barrier is poor.

Nano-Technology

V-B Armor “Mechanical Kill”. Nano-Technology 2 nanometer spikes

The V-B Armor products use a “Mechanical Kill”. This is the Nano-Technology, which works by forming 2 nanometer spikes. These nanometer spikes are not visible to the naked human eye, and by comparison the average size of bacteria and virus cells are 5 nanometers in size.

The Nano-Technology of the V-B Armor products form the 2 nanometer spikes which then are able to pierce the cellular membrane of pathogens and microbes thus allowing air to enter the cell which destroys the cell.  When the V-B Armor products dry they form a protective barrier which consist of millions of the 2 nanometer spikes similar to the little spike formations you would see on a snowflake. The 2 nanometer spikes form in different directions making it impossible for pathogens and microbes to survive or colonize.

The V-B Armor line of products are individually engineered for their unique applications. This is why for example to be effective, laundry washed using the V-B Armor Laundry Additive  must be dried in a conventional dryer. The product has been engineered in a way that heat is needed to activate the antimicrobial properties and formation of the 2 nanometer spikes.
